Managing Your Session

If you submitted a Paper Session or Salon Session, then you will need to manage the abstracts that will be added. You will be able to see papers that were submitted to your session, as well as sessions that have been submitted to the general category. Click the 'Manage My Sessions' button below to view your session proposals.

Reviewing Papers to Add

When you select your session to edit, you will see your session details. To add papers, you will want to click the Agenda tab.

The initial list of papers are the items that were submitted to your specific session. You can click the 'View Details' button to view the details for that specific paper. If you would like to add a paper to your session, you can select 'Add to Session.' If you would like to find a specific paper, you can utilize the search box.

If you would like to review papers that were not submitted to a specific session, you can do so by checking the 'Show Items in General Pool' checkbox. This will display uncategorized papers.

When you add a paper to your session, you will see it move to the 'Papers in this Session' section. You will still be able to view the details, but you now have the option to remove this paper if needed.

Once you have added the minimum number of sessions, you will be able to finalize your session. Finalizing your session will prevent further edits. Please ensure that you have the proper papers added before you click this button.
